Join us as a General Manager and lead our Tyson's Corner store to new heights. This is a full-time, permanent contract, with shifts that include weekdays and weekends.

What You'll Be Doing

As General Manager, you’ll focus on delivering an outstanding customer experience, developing a strong team, and enhancing store operations. Your aim will be to drive sales, optimize store performance, and create an environment where both customers and team members feel valued.

• A customer-focused leader with experience in a clienteling environment
• Skilled at managing high-performing retail teams
• Strong in building and sustaining trusted relationships with colleagues at all levels
• Confident, with a drive to make an impact and a “big picture” mindset

• Passionate about being on the sales floor, engaging with customers, and sharing your expertise confidently
