Retail Teams

Always passionate to provide world class customer service, our store teams are there to make styling effortless. As well as the UK and Ireland, our store estate spans across Europe, America and Asia. Read more about some of our Store roles below.

Store Management

Our Store Managers lead from the front, working closely with their Assistant Managers and Supervisors to bring our product to life. They are strong people managers who nurture, coach and develop their teams. They drive commerciality and identify opportunities for growth in their store.

Style Advisors

Our Style Advisors love to work with people and thrive in a busy environment where no two days are the same. They connect with our customers with personality and pride, acting as a brand ambassador to promote and deliver the outstanding customer experience for which we are renowned.

Central Teams

The main function of our Central Teams is to support our stores, customers and online channels. Our offices are located in Central London where our product and corporate departments are based, as well as our Customer Care Centre in Kent. Find out more about our group and in-brand departments:
