About The Role

As Whistles enters an exciting period of transformation, we are looking for a Head of Brand Marketing who can drive the marketing strategy and reintroduce us to a new generation of customers while reconnecting with those who already love the brand.

 What you'll do:

    • Define and deliver a bold, insight-led marketing strategy that supports the repositioning of Whistles and reflects the changing landscape of fashion marketing, with content, community and authentic storytelling at its core.
    • Rollout the brand positioning across all channels and touchpoints, including campaigns, digital experience, tone of voice and in-store activation.

    • Own the brand marketing budget and channel mix, ensuring performance across social and content, PR and influencers, partnerships, events, digital performance marketing and CRM.

    • Develop clear annual and seasonal marketing plans aligned with product launches, trading priorities and channel strategies.

    • Create and launch distinctive, culturally relevant campaigns that cut through and help re-establish Whistles as a desirable and contemporary brand.

    • Work closely with retail, digital, international and product teams to ensure marketing activity supports commercial goals and delivers a consistent brand experience across all channels.

    • Measure and report on marketing performance, using data and insight to demonstrate ROI, improve demand generation and strengthen key brand health metrics.
    Who you'll be: 
  • You’re a senior brand marketing leader with experience in premium or contemporary fashion or lifestyle brands. You have a proven track record of evolving or relaunching brands and delivering clear commercial results through thoughtful, strategic marketing.

    You recognise how fashion marketing is shifting, moving beyond traditional advertising towards content-driven storytelling, community connection and authentic partnerships. You keep close to social and cultural trends and are able to turn these insights into marketing that genuinely connects with customers and builds demand.

    You balance creative thinking with commercial awareness, using insight and performance data to inform decisions while maintaining a clear and compelling brand direction. You’re also a collaborative and motivating leader who works effectively across creative, retail, e-commerce and product teams, bringing people together to deliver impactful work.
