We're looking for a commercially driven and inspirational General Manager to lead our Americas portfolio. As General Manager, you’ll take ownership of commercial performance across our 35 US locations (30 Bloomingdales concessions and 5 standalone stores) and oversee our Mexico presence. You'll drive concession opportunities, transform standalone store profitability, and deliver an exceptional customer experience across every touchpoint. This is a high-impact, strategic leadership role, balancing local market execution with global brand direction from our London offices.
Who you'll be
You're a highly commercial retail leader with experience managing multi-site operations. You combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution, and have a proven track record of driving revenue growth, improving margins, and turning around underperforming store portfolios.
You’re assured working across diverse stakeholder groups, from UK Central Teams to external retail partners, and thrive in an evolving environment. A strong people leader, you build high-performing teams, foster a values-driven culture, and are comfortable influencing across all levels. With deep knowledge of concession and partner-led retail models, you bring both resilience and adaptability, along with a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
What You’ll Do
- Own
regional P&L, driving sales, profitability, and EBIT improvement across the
Americas
- Deliver turnaround
strategies for standalone stores, improving productivity, margins, and
cost efficiency
- Develop
and execute concession growth strategies, strengthening partnerships and
unlocking new opportunities
- Build
and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners to optimize trading
conditions and performance
- Champion
a best-in-class customer experience, aligned to global omnichannel strategy
- Champion,
coach, and develop geographically dispersed teams, driving engagement and
performance
- Oversee
operational excellence across stores and concessions, including inventory,
merchandising, and compliance
- Partner
cross-functionally with Finance, Merchandising, and global teams to optimize
commercial outcomes
