We’re looking for a commercially driven Paid Media Manager on a 12 month Maternity Contract to lead paid media execution across our portfolio of brands, including Hobbs, Phase Eight, Whistles and Inside Story. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in driving customer acquisition, improving performance efficiency, and delivering best-in-class campaigns across multiple channels.
What you’ll do
- Own paid media budget planning and channel investment, optimising for performance and ROI
- Manage and mentor the Performance Marketing Executive, ensuring high-quality campaign delivery
- Lead end-to-end execution of paid social and paid search campaigns aligned to full-funnel strategy
- Act as the key point of contact for agencies and partners, ensuring clear communication and delivery
- Collaborate with creative and brand teams to develop high-performing, on-brand campaign assets
- Monitor and optimise campaign performance (CPA, ROAS, conversion rate), driving continuous improvement
- Partner cross-functionally with CRM, Ecommerce and Brand teams, and deliver clear insights and reporting to stakeholders
Who you’ll be
- A paid media specialist with strong hands-on experience across paid social and paid search (Instagram, Facebook, Google, Bing and beyond)
- Highly analytical, with strong data literacy and a sharp attention to detail
- Experienced in managing budgets with a focus on efficiency and growth
- A confident people manager with a track record of developing and mentoring junior team members
- A strategic thinker who can balance long-term planning with fast-paced execution
- A strong communicator, able to build effective relationships with internal teams and external partners
- Naturally curious, staying ahead of industry trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies
