About The Role

Are you a visionary leader with a passion for creative storytelling and brand building? Do you thrive on creating compelling content and fostering vibrant brand communities? We're looking for a Head of Brand Creative and Communications to continue to shape our brand's narrative and elevate our Hobbs customer experience.

As the Head of Brand Creative and Communications, you'll be at the heart of our Hobbs brand voice and visual identity. You'll lead a talented team to deliver rich verbal, visual, and written content across all our channels.

What You'll Do:

  • Define and lead our seasonal campaigns, from photography and video to styling and narrative, ensuring our brand always feels fresh and culturally resonant.
  • Guide the evolution of our brand design standards and storytelling approaches, making sure our creative assets are distinctive and truly compelling.
  • Drive our content strategy across all platforms (graphic design, copywriting, digital) ensuring everything from social media posts to email campaigns align with our Hobbs brand tone and objectives.
  • Manage PR, influencer and community engagement, building strong relationships with editors and media, oversee collaborations and fostering genuine customer and VIP connections through events, initiatives and storytelling.
  • Direct omnichannel campaigns, overseeing the delivery of creative assets across digital, social, retail, and internal communications whilst managing the annual budget for all brand activities.
  • Mentoring and developing a multi-disciplinary team, fostering a culture of creativity and continuous learning, and staying ahead of fashion, cultural, and digital trends to championing innovation, and continuously improve our brand's impact.

Who You'll Be:

This is a fantastic opportunity to make a significant impact on our Hobbs brand, working closely with our Product Director and collaborating extensively across the wider business. As a creative visionary and strategic leader, you'll be instrumental in shaping our brand's future.

You'll have a proven track record of leading creative and communications teams, coupled with an expert eye for visual identity and a deep understanding of tone of voice. Passionate about brand storytelling and building vibrant communities, you'll seamlessly collaborate with both internal and external partners. We're looking for an inspiring Head of Brand Creative and Communications who is proactive, organised, and embraces innovation to keep our brand progressive and relevant.
