What you will be doing
- Post sales from the Mercatus stock system into the Sun accounting ledger
- Reconcile monthly sales between Sun and Mercatus
- Post and reconcile other entries associated with sales transactions, e.g. commission and other concession costs
- Produce monthly concession invoices and send to concession partners/upload to websites
- Produce and post wholesale invoices as and when required for the international entities
- Reconcile expected debtor balances to concessions’ remittances monthly
- Allocate debtor balances within Sun system
- Ensure that Aged Debtor report is up to date on a weekly basis and any unallocated balances/overdue cash is supported with detailed explanation and backup
What we need from you
- Experience in a busy finance department ideally in Accounts Receivable
- Intermediate Excel skills (V lookups and Pivot Tables
- Strong multi tasker comfortable managing a varied workload
- Great relationship building and stakeholder management skills
- Experience reconciling control accounts would be a big advantage
