About The Role

At TFG we are keen to hire an HR Administrator to support our HR operations across our Phase Eight and Group portfolios. You will be a key point of contact for existing and new colleagues providing advice and guidance on a wide range of matters whilst also supporting HR Advisors, Managers and Leaders in ongoing project work. Key accountabilities and KPIs include
 
  • Manage employee records and ensure they are up-to-date and compliant with legal requirements
  • Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring smooth transitions and effective orientation
  • Prepare HR documentation, including employment contracts, offer letters, and disciplinary records
  • Serve as a point of contact for employees, addressing inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and benefits
  • Conduct reference checks and background screenings for candidates
  • Manage the new starter process, maintaining high levels of accuracy and urgency at all times
  • Prepare Contracts of Employment and other relevant documentation and ensure it is sent out in a timely fashion
 

To be successful in the role the following skills, experience and behaviours are required:

  • Previous HR or Administrative experience is preferred
  • Great communication skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels
  • Flexible approach, with the ability to multitask
  • Discreet and can maintain confidentiality at all times
  • Can work at pace and juggle multiple priorities
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
