About The Role

These are exciting times at TFG London. We recently completed the acquisition of White Stuff to compliment our established iconic fashion brands Phase Eight, Whistles and Hobbs and our Luxury Homewares brand inside story. We're not stopping there though, we have big plans for the next three years within our current brands and we want you to be part of that. We are keen to appoint a Online Trading Assistant to our team at Whistles to support us in achieving our short medium and long term ecomm objectives.
 
Your Duties and Responsibilities as Online Trading Assistant will include:
 
  • Update and maintain plannindocuments for the trading calendar in line with campaign briefs and site merchandising
  • Analyse data froGoogle Analytics anproduce reports to identifhow to maximise sales. Reportinon KPI’s includinbunot limited to: ConversionRevenue, AOV, Sessions, Bounce Rate etc.
  • Advise and recommend products or categories to CRM and Creativteamfoplanned emails, ensuring stock is checked and categories are merchandised
  • Monitobestsellers & on-site trends identifying reasons for performance and key opportunities
  • Carry out assessment of competitive analysis to inform the trading calendar, site development & editorial content

About You

To be successful in the role of Online Trading Assistant you will have be an excellent communicator, comfortable building relationships with multiple stakeholders, well organised, deadline driven and be comfortable analysing reports and data. It would be great if you have also had some experience in a retail fashion environment and some understanding of merchandising but not essential.
